For one of our customers in the west of the Netherlands we are looking for a welder MIG/MAG. The company builds machines for the shipping market and the offshore industry. The job involves working independently on the basis of technical drawings and ensuring the quality of 135/138 welding. Welding of 10mm-80mm thick steel constructions in PA position (occasionally welding in more difficult positions). Candidates are expected to be highly independent in carrying out the tasks and duties as instructed, as well as performing them within the time prescribed by the employer. 

We are looking for candidates who put professionalism and expertise first. Performing work at the highest level as well as striving for continuous improvement are important assets.

In addition, we require:

• Experience in the above-mentioned position for a minimum of 3 years
• The ability to work on the basis of technical drawings
• Technical knowledge of black steel
• Own car (essential)
• Knowledge of English or German
